These little-known charmers are native to South Africa, and commonly known as ''baboon flowers''. They grow 12-18'' tall, produce lush blades of ribbed foliage, and blooms in shades of red, white, and blue-lavender from July into August. Wonderfully pretty flowers.
Our melons grew across each other and we ant to be sure we have Ginger Pride correctly identified. Ours are heavily netted and huge. Dark green at the point (around 80 days from sprouting) Some of the photos of GP are round and less netted. We need help in identification.
