    • It is edible, so you ought to try it in a tea and see how it goes :) Here's a clip about agastache I found:

      All species are useful in tea, and the young leaves can be eaten in salads. Crisp young shoots of A. rugosa can be steamed or boiled and eaten like asparagus. A. barberi combines mint flavor with a bergamot tang. Jams, jellies and conserves can be improved with the addition of a couple of leaves of anise hyssop or A. barberi to the bottom of the jar before filling.
